This program helps youth, middle school, high school, and competitive basketball teams build the skills and habits needed to play together effectively. Designed for teams, associations, and organizations in the West Metro Minneapolis area, it combines individual skill development with offensive and defensive concepts, decision-making, communication, and game preparation. Coaches and athletes learn how to organize purposeful practices, improve team play, and prepare for school seasons, AAU competition, tournaments, and other competitive basketball settings.
