WEEKLY DROP-IN SKILLS SESSIONS

What to Expect:

Our weekly skills sessions are fast-paced, high-energy, and built for hoopers who are serious about getting better. We focus on game-speed reps, intense drills, and competitive situations that develop ball handling, shooting, defense, and basketball IQ — all in just 1 hour.

We have sessions available multiple times a week for players in grades 1–12. Skills sessions are located in Plymouth and Orono during the week. You can sign up any time on our calendar page or on the weekly schedule.
